Cabe a eles: cumprir as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regulamentares sobre seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade do trabalho, inclusive as ordens de servi\u00e7o expedidas pelo empregador; colaborar com a empresa na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das demais NR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Qual o objetivo da NR 01:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nova NR-1 trata do Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais, chamado de GRO. Nele deve estar incluso todos os riscos ocupacionais, com avalia\u00e7\u00f5es e controle, incluindo documenta\u00e7\u00f5es como o PGR &#8211; Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>O que mudou na NR 01:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A principal altera\u00e7\u00e3o proposta pela NR-01 \u00e9 com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um PGR que pode ser implementado por unidade operacional, setor ou atividade. &#8230; 5.7.2&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estudo do ambiente, das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho, bem como dos riscos originados do processo produtivo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No\u00e7\u00f5es sobre acidentes e doen\u00e7as relacionadas ao trabalho decorrentes das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o aos riscos existentes no estabelecimento e suas medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metodologia de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise de acidentes e doen\u00e7as relacionadas ao trabalho;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Princ\u00edpios gerais de higiene do trabalho e de medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as legisla\u00e7\u00f5es trabalhista e previdenci\u00e1ria relativas \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade no trabalho;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a inclus\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancia e reabilitados nos processos de trabalho;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da CIPA e outros assuntos necess\u00e1rios ao exerc\u00edcio das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es da Comiss\u00e3o;
