Esse laudo \u00e9 baseado no par\u00e1grafo 3\u00ba do Art. 58 da Lei 8213\/91 com o texto dado pela Lei 9528\/97.<\/p><p>O LTCAT identifica diversos fatores que possam afetar a sa\u00fade e integridade f\u00edsica dos colaboradores, como ru\u00eddos, vibra\u00e7\u00f5es, calor, agentes qu\u00edmicos e biol\u00f3gicos, al\u00e9m de avaliar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es do local de trabalho. Com base nessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, s\u00e3o indicadas medidas preventivas para minimizar os riscos.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, o LTCAT \u00e9 importante para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Perfil Profissiogr\u00e1fico Previdenci\u00e1rio (PPP), que documenta as atividades desenvolvidas pelos trabalhadores e identifica a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a agentes nocivos que possam gerar aposentadoria especial.
